Cancel an appointment
Appointments may be cancelled/rescheduled no later than
- 24 hours before a consultation
- 7 days before a surgical procedure
For examinations scheduled for a weekend or Monday, appointments must be cancelled no later than 10:00 the Friday before. Only appointments booked online may be cancelled online.
